If a wrong product arrives at you, or a shipment arrives in a bad condition, the home picker shop will bear all shipping and replacement costs. If you wish to exchange or return for any other reason, the home shop does not incur any shipping costs incurred.

If the customer purchases the products via Visa or MasterCard cards, and the customer wishes to recover the amount, compensation will be reimbursed by returning the payment to the same Visa or Mastercard card as the purchase. If the customer receives free shipping for products worth more than (10,000), and wishes to return the products, the house selection shop can re-calculate the cost of free shipping.
